  2. Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number with detailed instructions on how to proceed.

  3. Return the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, include the RA number, and send it to the return address provided.

  4. Return Shipping: We will cover the return shipping cost, so you can send the item back without any additional fees.

Refund Options Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund immediately. You can choose from the following two refund options:

  • Original Payment Method: We will refund the amount to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Store Credit: Alternatively, you can opt for store credit, allowing you the flexibility to shop again at your convenience.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return, replacement, or refund at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible:
